- Second, a rarely seen hidden gem, All The Right Moves, which stars a young Tom Cruise and is directed by legendary cinematographer Michael Chapman.
- Lastly, you, our audience, voted for: the gritty and grounded Friday Night Lights - another film based on a true story that sparked a network television show.
